Will surprise a lot of runners I think. Fact is, we’re all different. I always thought I was weird as I don’t drink water during any sort of run. Makes me feel sick. But it’s never affected me!
Thanks for the link! I try to drink at least 2 litres per day, which is a realistic target, I think. I just keep forgetting and end up drinking less than half that! I don’t drink during my run either, although I don’t know if that will change if/when I do longer runs!
